Question of the night: What word did you chose for our word wall, and what does the word mean?
Another full day of learning. We started by having a great presentation on the materials which are used to build skis. Thank you to GB for his research and presentation. After the presentation, we had music with Mrs. Dennill. Before recess, Ms. Gray tok the grade 4s on a walk around the school to talk about looking and observing closely, while the grade 3s stuck around the classroom to investigate the properties of rocks nad minerals. After recess, we had math groups, then ended the morning with some dancing...in PE, that is! We're starting to learn a new dance routine. In the afternoon, we had an author visit, where we learned about choices. After that, we began working on our geography word wall, and most people were able to finish their first chosen word. Please remember to dress warmly, as the entire week will (likely) be blue days. Bye for now. ____________________________________________________ Hi, It’s the GIVE power hour.
