Question of the night: With what shape do you usually use Pi?
Our goal for tonight is 12 posts on the blog...+15 if we get there...c'mon, I know we can do it! Yummy Pi...or is that Pie? It was all about pi today, not the eating kind, but just as fulfilling. We began the day by talking about circles, squares, and how we can relate all the different measurements of a circle. Pi, Pi, Pi... We continued with family presentations, which were amazing, again! Great work, everyone. These will continue all week and likely into next week. In the afternoon, we made cards to welcome the community of legacy into our learning community. Mrs. Manzer helped with our cards and writing. After that, we watched mathnet, where we're still trying to figure out who is deceiving us with their data. Let's see if tomorrow sheds any light. Bye for now. ____________________________________________________ Walking Wednesday Any students who walk, ride, bike to school on Wednesday will be entered for a prize. ____________________________________________________ Power Hour January 2017 Camel Group -- https://studio.code.org/sections/DYTPMD Lion Group -- https://studio.code.org/sections/DSBGDD ____________________________________________________ Reminders:
