Question of the night: how much is the "5" in the number 54 worth?
How does the day fly so quickly? Oh, it must be because we're having so much fun!! We started the day with a science experiment. We worked with materials to figure out which ones reflected light, and which ones "absorbed" light. We used light boxes, which makes it much easier to see work with the light. I know that sounds weird, but trust us, it makes sense in the classroom. We continued to work on multiplication. Today we worked on the traditional stacked multiplication. We'll be working through some more examples tomorrow. Then, it's on to division!! In the afternoon, we visited Mrs. Dennill, then worked on our picture books, before watching a Science Max on water power. Check out the message from Mrs. Dennill below... Have a great night. ____________________________________________________ We will be finished our "Karate Recorders", June 11th. Grade 4: Tuesdays Students may come on those days (lunch/recess) for extra testing and practice in the music room. ____________________________________________________ Important Dates:
